Utterly breathtaking. This apartment is absolutely magical with its rooftop terrace and its views of the little St. Peter's church, its dark wood interior and touches of history including a real spinning wheel! Antonia is the most incredible hostess you would ever hope for. Spoleto is the most beautiful little town, away from the hustle of city life. The people of Spoleto are wonderful and friendly. The food is fantastic. If you have the opportunity to go and stay at Antonia's apartment, do not miss it!!!

Antonia’s apartment is an exceptional place to stay. When we arrived it felt like coming home . It is in an ideal situation. It is quiet and spacious. Antonia’s attention to detail makes this a very special find. As for Antonia’s hospitality. She does over and beyond what is expected. She is a genuine and generous host . We love it so much . We are coming back for a month in 2023 !

Paul and I had 3 nights at Anotonia's apartment in Spoleto. What a beautiful place to stay. So full of treasures and staying there gave us a sense of history and wellbeing. . We found the bed very comfortable and the rooms spacious. It was special also to sit up on the terrace in the late afternoon with a glass of wine and admire the view.
We loved the village of Spoleto with its ancient narrow winding streets and found the people extremely friendly and helpful. Antonia gave us some recommendations for restaurants and we went to La Lanterna for dinner one night which was fabulous. We also discovered the travelators and used them a couple of times whe we got tired! Antonia kindly arranged for us to be picked up from the train station which was lovely. Thank you Antonia for letting us experience your beautiful home.

Antonia is a very hospitable and kind hostess. She did everything to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. She even left us all the ingredients and a recipe of Strangozzi alla Spoletina which we tried and they were awesome! The Antonia's house is located in Spoleto old town: it is 5 minutes walk to Piazza del Mercato and about the same time to Duomo di Spoleto. The apartment itself is on the 2d floor and there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up in the stairs. But this actually worth it because the apartment is super cozy and charming: very spacious, comfortable and has a very beautiful rooftop terrace. There is also a well equipped kitchen, so you'll find everything you need to make a make a fresh orange juice, breakfast or cook Strangozzi :). This is definitely the place where I'd like to come back again and I would happy to recommend the Antonia's apartment to anyone who'd like to enjoy the charming atmosphere of this ancient beautiful city.

Casa a pochi passi da porta Monterone - in zona ZTL - ed a 5 minuti dal centro città.

Casa pulitissima e ben tenuta, dotata di tutto quanto occorre per il soggiorno (ci é sembrato di stare a casa nostra!).

Proprietaria disponibilissima e premurosa.

"Antonia's apartment is beautiful and spacious, filled with antiques, yet comfortable. It felt like we were staying in a museum, but we got to sit on the furniture! It is a short walk to a piazza where you can get anything you need. We walked amost everywhere, although there is a bus stop close by. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic. I agree with others that this was one of the most beautiful apartments and relaxing place that I have ever stayed in Italy. We would highly recommend Antonia's apartments."

We loved your apartment. It was quiet, yet close to everywhere that we wanted to see or do in Spoleto. Thank you Antonia for your extra help in arranging for our pick up at the train station, check in when I had issues with the key and for arranging for a taxi to take us back. I rated your apartment as "upscale" bacause of the beautiful antiques and extra charm and it seemed more than "confortable". We both hope to come back in the future. My husband would love it!.

L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile: siamo stati ricevuti già nel parcheggio dove ho lasciato l'automobile e accompagnati all'abitazione che si è rivelata molto spaziosa e accogliente. Inoltre erano disponibili tutte le comodità utili a rendere gradevole il soggiorno. L'alloggio si trova in una via tranquilla del centro storico di Spoleto a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. Lo raccomando vivamente

What Bernardo liked most: Probabilmente l'atmosfera "calda" e "vissuta" dell'appartamento che ti fa sentire a casa. Tutto é perfetto così.

Grazie per il calore della sua recensione. E' un vero piacere perché é una casa che amo molto e dove passo spesso dei bei periodi rilassanti. Far sentire a casa i miei ospiti e' il mio obiettivo. Spero di averla ancora a Spoleto che non si finisce mai di conoscere.

Casa splendida! Si trova nel centro storico a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Piazza Libertà (piazza principale di Spoleto). Proprietaria gentilissima... che mi ha fatto anche trovare nel frigo marmellate home-made!!! Purtroppo sono stati solo tre giorni... Ma ho potuto visitare molte cose eccellenti, ed assistere alle migliori rappresentazioni del Festival. Voto 10+

Apro il pc dopo le vacanze e vedo con nostalgia, molta nostalgia; la foto del appartamento di Antonia. E un appartamento pieno di storia, e di storie: foto (Antonia è davvero una bella donna), libri, mappe, mobili di legna, ... La mattina un po' di luce attraversa le persiane e ti svegli con un intorno a te un’atmosfera poetica. Antonia, una sola parola; Grazie

We have just concluded a 5 day stay at this charming residence located close to the center of old Spoleto. The owner was exceptional in providing all kinds of advice and information about this medieval town...the residence is fully furnished with all kind of dining and cooking utensils. We highly recommend Antonia ' s place for anyone wishing to visit Spoleto...

The residence is very charming and furnished to make you feel as if you are sharing the owner' s very personal home.  Everything was perfect....
